Other than that, the place was clean and the meal there were cheap and delicious. And its only 15 minutes walk from here to the Pidurangala Rock. Definitely recommend everyone to stay here when coming to Sigiriya.

Recommended for bird lovers. From the balcony, you can observe various birds that visit the trees in the garden. Also, the master's brother is a great bird watching guide. They showed us a variety of birds including kingfishers. The curry made by the master is very delicious. I was taught how to make it in the kitchen. He also took me to buy fish and vegetables, which was a wonderful experience.

As the first Indonesian guest was staying at Tree House Hostel Sigiriya, i really so happy. Everything about this place was FANTASTIC. The staff were incredibly friendly, extremely helpful. Especially Gayomi and her husband (the owner) are wonderfull with a gold heart. They went above and beyond to make sure. The breakfast and dinner was amazing and the room was cozy and cute with a mosquite net. A lovely atmosphere and this hostel is a good way to meet people to go on tours with. it's in a great location which is in the middle of jungle and close to Pidurangala Rock.
