The room we were in was absolutely stunning, big comfortable bed and beautiful views of the lake! Our host provided fresh coffee for us when we arrived and every morning after that. We had an amazing time, one night was not enough ! The host is super friendly, the room and bathroom is all new, the bed is so confortable, we had a delicious breakfast, and an great evening playing music with the host ! All the decoration is made by himself, he is an artist ! The place is a bit outside the city, so perfectly quiet after spending a day visiting the tea plantation.

Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, The Edgware is like staying in a friends home! We had a lovely overnight there - curry and rice meal was fantastic, as was breakfast. Fabulous views. The whole experience was fabulous - the staff in particular were so friendly and attentive - we 100% recommend!

A real local experience, stay with a lovely family, amazing view from the balcony, Wasantha and Chithra were the perfect hosts and really did everything to make the stay unforgettable. Often we had the experience in Sri Lanka that requests were ignored or not completely fulfilled. But here they listened carefully and arranged everything as expected, such as massage, real BBQ, shopping local food with a lot of explanations, Hortons-National-Park. It was an amazing experience.
