Owner was extremely friendly and helpful before and during our stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated with unique fabrics, pottery and wood products. Our room was on the third floor with a balcony and was welcoming and well designed. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in on our journey through SE Asia. Minibar, robes, slippers, safe and more details were all thought of. The owner gave us suggestions of things to do during our short stay which were perfect. Staff were friendly, facilities very clean. Location was great. We’d definitely stay here on our return visit. COPE Visitor Center was a highlight. SHE Works is just up the block from the hotel and there are great restaurants nearby.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me with some tricky arrangements and making phone calls for me (I needed a specific laptop charger that I had left somewhere). I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. It's in a great location, close to the center, so you can easily walk there and explore the area. There are some nice bars around the hostel, too. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk to the center, where there's even more to see. There are two really good pizza places nearby as well. The breakfast provided by the host was very tasty, and they also offered plenty of food options at good prices in their restaurant. The staff is friendly and can help with everything, making the stay even more pleasant. I recommend this hostel because it's a great deal for the price and location. The beds are comfortable, and there's a small area where you can work or play billiards.
