Everything was clean and comfortable. If you want an experience of "real St. Kitts" in the best possible sense, this the place to stay. Communication was superb. I will definitely be back.

Great location right on the beach. Beach chairs are provided for hotel guests. Onsite restaurant was also pretty good. Room and balcony were massive and comfortable. Ceiling fan and air con both worked as did the TV (albeit was a bit far from the bed). It's also at the top of Frigate Bay Strip so restaurants, bars, live music, beach rentals, are steps away. Taxis are always onsite as well.

The location was so quiet. Other than the two planes that left on some days - you were in complete silence. The breeze off the ocean was excellent. The parking was great - some people said there was no parking - there is.
A superb apartment with full kitchen facilities, and separate bedroom. Great to have washing machine and dryer too. We had full access to the pool which was wonderful. Easy walk to Frigate Bay, and off street parking. Thoroughly recommend staying here.
Perfect room for our needs. Parking easy - we realised straight away that we needed to rent a car to get around the island. All staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Having a good size balcony with sea and golf course views was great for sitting out at the start and end of the day.
