Our stay in Japan was made very comfortable with having to stay at Rosenheim. BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL The hosts have been kindly responsive to ALL our questions or concerns considering that this will be our first-ever trip to the country. Having booked from overseas, having to get our concerns addressed assured us of what to expect in our booking. AIRPORT TRANSFER Once we arrived, one of the hosts waited very patiently for us (we availed of the airport transfer from Narita airport to the accommodation). He was very kind and always made it a point to understand, address, and respond to any of our questions. Their offered airport transfer is very much worth considering especially for those coming from Narita airport. The drive was generally relaxing for me. As a defensive driver myself, i know that the host drove with safety as top priority. The van was very spacious too for three passengers. It housed all our six luggages in the back of the car, comfortably seated me and my mom in the middle, while my dad stayed in the front. The drive was a total comfort and saved us from taking other means of transportation with our heavy luggages and still needing to track down the ryokan (a.k.a., a Japanese inn) after getting off any nearby trainstation or bus stop. LOCATION Personally, the location of our accommodation was PERFECT!Others would prefer staying at a hotel in the middle of the more livelier areas of Japan. On the other hand, the Rosenheim Ryokan, was situated at a more residential part (not very far from the Okubo strip). It provided the peace needed after a long day's travel , especially for those who would like to relax for the night. For us, the location gave that smooth transition from the active Okubo strip to the peace of walking on quiet steets before reaching the ryokan. And what's great is that the walk just takes less than 10 minutes before reaching the accommodation.

Super location, on the main train station ginza line. The room was spacious, which is rare in tokyo. The bed was big and the mattress was a little hard but we liked it this way. Overall there is nothing bad to say. It deserves 10
