Paola is incredibly kind and attentive. Every detail in her Japanese-style guesthouse has been carefully chosen. She has put so much thought into selecting each piece, and each has its own story. Throughout my stay, I felt a sense of peace and love.

We had an issue with the initial booking when we arrived, but the staff came to an amicable and very satisfactory solution. The food was amazing and our room overlooked the garden of the inn. The location was very close to one of the main temple complexes and a bus stop that takes you to and from the cable car.
We attended the morning religious service at 6.30am and a talk afterwards by the hear priest. I would certainly take the time to attend these if I was staying.

It was a great experience, the monks were very kind, the place quiet and peaceful, perfect after a tour in crowdy Osaka! Also the dinner and breakfast were a great occasion to know their way of life, and so the prayers in the morning!

The Place...the location...the room....the food (Japanese vegetarian food)...the staffs..are all very good
The view around the temple all are superb................... The atmosphere in town is amazing. The people are very nice.
the air conditioner is also working very well. parking area is large.
Peaceful. Beautiful temple. Good vibe. Very clean. We had a traditional room, it was nice and spacious. We had to share bath toilet and so on.... but no problem, all very clean and nice. Not a big deal for 1 night. Diner and breakfast included: Traditional Japanees (offcourse). Parking in front of temple.
Very good located, close to the cemetery. Very friendly stuff , the onsen is very nice - the morning zeromony was in parts translated into English. They really were open minded and helpful. Parking was not charged extra.
It was a very authentic stay and beautiful place. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food was plentiful, unique and very tasty. There was parking provided to the side of the accommodation and slippers and umbrellas were kindly provided. The temple was opposite the famous Konpon Daito and most places were in walking distance.
The family room is amazing - very big with its own bathroom and couch area - including a fridge and hot/cold water dispenser
The guesthouse is very modern and comfortable
The restaurant’s food was delicious
Friendly staff and owners :)
Also nicely located, between the big complex and Daimon, and close to the konbini
Lots of parking space in at the corner of the street
Morning prayer with the monks was lovely. The staff are friendly & helpful. Nice to have breakfast service on low tables in the tatami mat dining room. The onsen was not busy, and the outside bath was my favourite. A bus stop is nearby for an easy transfer. There is also a charge point for electric vehicles in the car park.
it was very cozy. we didn’t get to interact much with the staff but they were very nice. we parked to get our stuff down and didn’t move right away and got in the way of an angry neighbour and the owners (i think) came to let us know very kindly to move to the free parking lot nearby. in the family room with private bathroom there was hot/cold water dispenser and a bottle of green tea for everyone every night of the stay.
Located in the center of Koyasan, the room is comfy and clean but the best part of staying at Tommy is the hosts. We drove to Koyasan in the winter and wound up stuck on the narrow road to the hotel, just off the main road. The owner rounded up his friends and they all helped us get our car back up to the main road (Tip: Don't go down the narrow road with a car. There is parking nearby on the main street). Everyone was so helpful, with tips on where to go and what to see. Also, get breakfast! Delicious.
