The dinner was incredible and having it served to your room is a great experience. The breakfast buffet is also really good. Everything about this ryokan is perfect - staff service, food, location, views, facilities, room design and size. They even prepare your tatami mats in the evening! I had a few requests and they took care of everything for me.

The staff is excellent, very helpful and kind. Thank you! The food, both dinner and breakfast, was delicious and a unique, authentic japanese experience. The room was clean, spacious and had a gorgeous view of the lake and mount Fuji. Sitting in an onsen just by myself at 6 am. and looking at mount Fuji is an experience I will never forget :)

Beautiful hotel, with private and quiet rooms that were spacious and well kept. Close to the red bus stop 4, Ohashi Bridge and restaurants/supermarket. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They organised a taxi for us to get out to Chuerita Pagoda at the crack of dawn. The private onsen and breakfast were the highlights of our stay.
