Aahh! Loved this stay! Very nice and hospitable host, made us feel like at home. Cute room, everything was very clean. The staff were great, the facility exceptional. We participated in the cooking class which was much better than expected. We were up to our elbows in flour and riccota. The following morning we went to tour the farm. It was an informative tour where we learned about the intricacies of agritourism and actually running a self-sustaining farm. "Maverick" was a great tour guide and wonderful chef.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Al Lago Verde. Staff were welcoming and efficient, We arrived early but our room was ready. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant on site. The food was well prepared and delicious. Have the cannoli for dessert - one of our great food memories. Price for the dinner was right in line with many other meals we had on our trip. As we were there mid week it was quiet and we were able to talk with the chef and other diners. Quite an enjoyable evening.
