Lovely clean room, very central location.
Pietro and staff were very helpful. One little suggestion maybe a kettle and cups to enjoy the views of Palermo from the lovely balcony.

Beautiful building and lovely room. Great breakfast and the staff at reception (especially the guy who had lived in London for several years, apologies I didn't get his name) were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming.

We had a gorgeous time in this apartment. It’s a very old building on San Domenico square looking right across at the church and the restaurants below. The apartment was spotless and we were very kindly left a Sicilian bottle of wine and water which was very helpful. There’s two big bedrooms and aircon in one and in the living room. A lovely balcony to enjoy a drink in the evening overlooking the square. We were able to leave our bags before and after check in and Virginia was very quick to answer our calls and accommodate us. She offered multiple recommendations for restaurants and also helped us organise a shuttle bus to the airport. Very centrally located, right next to Vucciria market, and walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend staying here to experience the historic centre!

It was beautifully decorated and a real surprise to find such a lovely property that you can't see from the street. As you enter in to the property it's like a calm oasis. It was very clean and comfortable and the owner who ran the property was very friendly and helpful

Was very clean and quiet. The host provided us coffee and water. Also the place has air conditioner, which is a must in august. Also the host recommended us some place for eat. We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was spacious with modern amenities, a fantastic whirlpool, and a huge terrace offering stunning views. The thoughtful touch of having food prepared for us made our experience even more special. Additionally, the convenience of having a supermarket, bus stop, and free parking nearby was excellent. The host was exceptional, always responsive, helpful, and provided great recommendations for places to visit and dine at fantastic prices.
Good location easy walk or short taxi ride to all main visitor attractions in Palermo city. Very helpful at reception (Marco) including arranging car parking - we requested parking in advance and whilst not guaranteed, they took care of the car on arrival and parked it in their underground parking lot. Room not huge but very comfortable. Roof top bar and restaurant away from the madding crowd very relaxing, dinner was good and fair value, best to book, it was busy both nights. Breakfast in same location, lovely in early morning.

Large room in a very good location in Palermo Centro Storico, close to everything. Nice bars and restaurants all around. Underground parking nearby. Everything was clean, the bathroom was fine and there was a small balcony where you can watch the market life on the street in the morning. Good coffee machine in the kitchen for self service and typical Italian breakfast with fresh fruit and yummy pastries.

Great location in the heart of Palermo for exploring the city. Big plus point is underground parking if you are coming by car (extra fee of €15 per night, the staff helps you to park the car). Very nice and helpful staff. Elevator in the apartment building helping you to get your luggage up.
The secure parking was good. The apartment is on the ground floor of a block of flats. It is towards the back of the building overlooking the car park. The flat is quite sparce internally, but adequate if you are out most of the day. There is a washing machine which was handy. There are buses that take you into the Palermo centre close to the flat.

Customer service is phenomenal, all of the staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as good as it can be. The room was beautiful and we loved the balcony. The location was perfect, with free parking nearby too. The hotel also has a secured, paid car park if you prefer! Andrea in particular went out of his way to make sure we knew all the best spots in town for what we wanted.
