This agritourismo was in great location, just an hour south of Florence. We were greeted up on arrival by Maria and her dog and they were both super friendly and showed us around. The property was super clean and comfortable and felt like home. We had a great breakfast spread every morning even though we were the only guests at the time, it was certainly enough to fuel us all day. We really liked the location: Roughly 25 mins from San Gimigagno, 1 hour from Montepulciano and roughly 2 hours from Saturnia Hot Springs. This is a great spot and would highly recommend!

For those who are about to visit Colle di Val D'Elsa, we would recommend spending time not only in the old historical part of the village, but also in its adjoining part to the west, which is also picturesque. The hotel itself offers excellent options for a tourist stay, including a hearty and quality breakfast, which can be enjoyed both in the hotel lounge and in the sunny garden in front. The hosts are kind and always ready to help their guests. We used a public car park located near the hotel, to which our host took us in his personal car both on our arrival and departure. It is especially nice to learn facts about the history of the settlement and the activities of the local architect Arnolfo, after whom the hotel is named. Thank you, dear housemates. The room was absolutely wonderful, very spacious, open and clean. They left a couple nice touches for our arrival: a bottle of Prosecco and some balloons with writing “love”. The kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated, very comfortable and very clean. The jacuzzi inside the room was great and very relaxing - super easy to use. The room is part of Agriturismo Le Ville, which has a great outside pool and nice view of the countryside. It was super quiet and idillic. The windows had mosquito nets so we could keep them open at night. The parking was close by and comfortable to reach. Each room has an outside terrace to enjoy staying outside. The owner Natasha was very kind and gave us great tips for dinner and for some spots to sightsee and was always reachable for question via WhatsApp message. The agriturismo is very easy to reach with Google maps, 20 minutes by car from San Gimignano, 30 minutes from Volterra and 30-45 minutes from Siena. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
