The room was absolutely wonderful, very spacious, open and clean. They left a couple nice touches for our arrival: a bottle of Prosecco and some balloons with writing “love”. The kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated, very comfortable and very clean. The jacuzzi inside the room was great and very relaxing - super easy to use.
The room is part of Agriturismo Le Ville, which has a great outside pool and nice view of the countryside. It was super quiet and idillic. The windows had mosquito nets so we could keep them open at night.
The parking was close by and comfortable to reach. Each room has an outside terrace to enjoy staying outside.
The owner Natasha was very kind and gave us great tips for dinner and for some spots to sightsee and was always reachable for question via WhatsApp message.
The agriturismo is very easy to reach with Google maps, 20 minutes by car from San Gimignano, 30 minutes from Volterra and 30-45 minutes from Siena.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Beautiful, well designed property in a quiet Tuscan town. Good location with the Co-op directly opposite. Two bedrooms + 2 bathrooms were a plus.
It should be noted that the Co-op car park is limited to 2 hours parking. You are then told that it’s possible to park on the streets and that it’s necessary to move your car for street cleaning, one morning a week.

Excellent location. Good and clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. The owner Pietro was very accommodating. The staff Eni was just too excellent. was so helpful when we had issues with our rental car.
Definitely a place I would recommend.
1. Very lovely landlady, well done and very charming apartment from the 18th century with a lot of space to store the gears. One bathroom in each floor.
2. There is a patisserie just around the corner, fantastic panini and sweets. All ristoranti and osterie in the neighborhood are fabulous.
3. The town is well located, so it's a good place to stay for people who want to explore Toscany.
4. Free public parking nearby and safe.
The hosts of this B&B are very kind. When we arrived, they even allowed us to store our bikes inside and made a dinner reservation for us - thank you very much again! The rooms are basic but have anything you might need for a short stay. We really liked the generous breakfast, which perfectly fuelled us for our trip. The also have a really adorable cat.

Communication with Mario was very easy and he gave us all the important informations like parking spots and how to enter the apartment a few days before we arrived. During the stay he responded very quick and was very helpful when we had a question.
The location is perfect for a Tuscany-holiday. Close to the apartment are lots of restaurants, a huge supermarket and bakeries.
Spacious, well-equipped, modern apartment inside the old city walls with a good view of the city below. A good location for daytrips to Florence , San Gimignamo, Siena, and Multipulciano.
We loved Colle Val d'Elsa the beautiful and peaceful old town and lively new town with many cafes, shops and a supermarket.
The apartment was awesome and really deserves the word luxury. Check in and out is very easy and Mario gave us all the instructions and information we could need.
In the heart of Colle, the flat offers comfy beds, historical home, beautiful garden and vista, and a lot of space. Super internet connection and great host Lorenzo who welcomed us to the property and town plus simple help to get straight to the front door. Charming street & architecture, stylish design.
