We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this place where we stayed for a full week. All practical things were simply perfect. The rooms are so so clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfasts just wonderful. We had planned eating our breakfasts on town but ended up having them at Pearse lodge every day. (The ”full Irish breakfast” is quite extraordinary!) But most of all, Pearse Lodge is as great as it is because of Mary and Kieron, the couple who run the place. They are not just fantastically professional and knowledgeable about the area, but also such warm, welcoming and friendly people. If you go to Sligo, which you should, this is the place to stay!

An impressive building with guests not being confined to rooms, as there is large TV room, pool room and grand piano. Definitely a lot of bang for the buck and the host Gerry is pleasant and accommodating.
