Beautifully situated by the river, amazing garden and views, our room had a patio door and a little suntrap. Unfortunately it was wasp season so they were enjoying the suntrap too, so we decided to let them have the outside area!!!
Tea and coffee available in a little kitchenette area at reception, all laid out so we could help ourselves, excellent selection of tea and a fabulous coffee machine.
There is a fridge to keep other smaller items, named of course, which was useful.
And, a tin of chocolate biscuits/bars to help yourself to.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Beautiful, new property with stunning views of the mountain ranges either side of the property. Very clean, bright and fresh with full kitchen facilities and a washing machine so great for a few nights and a change to cook our own meal after weeks of travelling. Clear instructions to help us settle in and Lorraine has clearly taking a lot of care in creating a warm, welcoming space. Plenty of parking after navigating a tricky road to get to the property but was in the perfect location to access both the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula.
I loved the friendliness and warmth of the staff. It was accommodation over a pub and they also provided food on the premises, which was an added bonus. There was free parking very close by and it was nice to park the car for the evening and have a pint or two then walk up the stairs and go to bed!!
The house is gorgeous and located in a really nice area with sheep just outside. The room was lovely and comfortable - perfect for our stay. The host was very helpful with suggestions for our trip and provided really useful leaflets about the surrounding areas. Lots of parking space too.
The room has very beautiful view, quiet and spotless clean; it's close to Carrauntoohill and Gap of Dunloe, free parking spaces; the couple was very friendly.
