Very clean, very well renovated hotel. So close to airport. Comfortable beds. Attentive staff. Breakfast was delicious and safe. Laundry service available, as well as room service. Rooftop bar food was great as well. We will stay here again.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, nice AC, complementary coffee and water. The property was very nice. The hosts were beyond wonderful, they let us check in at 2am because our bus was late, they even drove us to the ferry terminal when we left and gave us so much help negotiating fares. They even gave us a lift to the ATM. Really lovely hosts who go out of their way to make your stay feel easy and homey.

Grass are trimmed although some areas are probably grow faster that trimmed schedule, especially the back area of the superior rooms (1st night stayed there). Staff are excellent, well trained and resto/cafe offers a good choice of food both local and int'l; taste can be improved. Shuttle to airport also available - 20 mins to the only Sumbawa Besar airport. A good choice for resting after Moyo Island excursion. The resort is quite faraway from the nearest town.
