Although it is located in the forest between villages, it can still be found late in the evening. The owner's instructions were very helpful and parking is easy. The surprise was that you need to download some kind of app to stay overnight in Hungary. In the summer this buildings are probably in use as a youth camp, shared kitchen, with relatively hard mattresses and economical furnishings. Suitable for backpackers and young people, but for one night it was also an interesting experience for 50-year-olds.
Located west of Szeged, a 10-minute drive from the M5/E75 highway, the Bordany Hostel offers accommodation, free Wi-Fi and public parking. All rooms have a private bathroom and aircon.

Family of 2 adults and 2 kids(3 and 5yo) we were looking for a 1 night stay close to the borders while we were travelling our way down to the Balkan peninsula. This hostel exceeded by far our expectations and totally worth a small deviation from E75 road.
Hostel was super clean, all private and public spaces were really nice. Private toilet with shower.
Very kind and informative volunteers helped us with every step of checking in and out while suggesting were to dine in the area.
Important to highlight room and public spaces were fully air con, we were visiting in mid july when temperature was about 40deg celcius.
Price was really good 👍.

The whole experience was awesome. The hosts are very kind and friendly, the accommodation was pristine. They have a beautiful courtyard with an open-air gym and a kids' playground and a lot of vegetation. It's a wonderful, peaceful environment outside, as well as indoors. The apartment is fully equipped (kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, all sorts of utensils and dishes, laundry machine, high-chair children feeder etc.). Great lighting, cozy furniture, impeccable heating... We absolutely loved it!

It is a nice place and serves the purpose of our visit - a one-night stay during our travels. It is also suitable for pets.
Breakfast was great, a lot of food, homemade with products from the garden and the farm. Lovely.
34 km from Votive Church Szeged in Ásotthalom, Gyömbér Tanya features accommodation with access to a hot tub. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay.
