This is great estate in great location. You need to know this is small town, where you need car but having this in mind location is a 10 for me. There are 5 places in waking distance where you can teat. Walking distance to nice pebble beach, and 18 minut drive to Falasarna great sandy beach (no point in going to Elafonisi). This place requires from you to rest. and the pool at site is incredible. Great for Georege is fantastic host that cares for you whole stay. One of best booking experiences in life.

The Palm House is very nice, I enjoyed some very relaxing days in Sfinari. It's a village, close to the sea and a wonderful view into the sunset. I had hot and colder days, but thats's no problem with the air condition in every room, that can also be used for heating. The TV is quite large. There a good Tavernas in the area and a Mini Market. Wonderful beaches as Falasarna and Elafonisi are in reach (of course you need a car). Antonis is a exceptionell host, that will help you in different situations. He answers messages in almost lightspeed ;)

Beautiful area,boss is very kind ❤️ ✨️, quiet place .Bathroom was with very bad condition not safe broken pipe from toilet all water after splash going for wall and floor (very big holl)and curtain with plastic handles from wall from shower was going out . Another condition with good standard : small fridge,extra views for sea it was beautiful views,car park safe outside, bar open till late night, boss very friendly. Good for children's nearest beautiful beaches.

Everything about this place was amazing! It was lovely being so close to the coast, we explored the beach and loved looking at all the rocks. The Villa was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and BEAUTIFUL. There were three village cats that came to visit us daily and they were a treat, we loved them dearly!! We even bought them some food and held them! The hosts we're extremely informative about the area and gave us ideas on where to go and what to do for food. The area is secluded and you have to account for the distance you are from other cities. Plan your meals! Especially because places can be closed. We relaxed all day multiple days here. The pool was amazing too. We loved this place and seriously wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back someday!! Plan your washes when you wash your clothes. We hanged dryed ours and it worked fine. It's a very energy friendly place! You definitely want to get a rental car coming to Crete, and be prepared for a bumpy road when visiting Balos. Go there early!!! The path to this hotel is on a curvy mountain side to drive safely. The roads can get narrow. You're able to park right in front of the villa. A few cars go past the house but it was few and far between. Loved being here especially in a less crowded season. We had the beach to ourselves almost everyday. It's a rocky beach though, not a sandy one so be careful. Wear shoes hahaha thank you again for such a lovely and amazing stay.
