Our stay was great ! The warm welcome with a lot of food in the fridge, the friendly owners, the amazing appartement (with good comfy beds); it was really lovely to stay. The appartement is next to the Kefalonian brewery (also owned by the family), if you are interested they are well willing to give you a tour. We would highly recommend this place!!

Our hosts were amazing! Spiros picked us up from the airport, and brought us to this beautiful house in Sami. It was immaculately clean, and Demitra had left us some food and drink for breakfast to see us through until the next morning when we could get out and explore. They thought of everything! Even small travel sized toiletries in the shower room. Water juice croissants and fresh fruit. Our flight home was much later in the day than the 11am check out. Thankfully there wasn’t another booking directly after us, so we were permitted to stay until we needed to leave for our flight home. Once again Spiros took us to the airport which was so helpful and much appreciated. We also met their daughter on our final day too, and we wish her every success in her studies. A lovely family who will take care of every guest who stay at Iras House. I hope to return in October, because we just didn’t have enough time to see all the wonderful sights.
