Mrs. Tania was great in accommodating out needs for gluten-free breakfast. The rooms were clean, quiet and with amazing view. There's a free, public parking place just next to the rooms.

We loved our stay at Thea studios. Parthenonas is a lovely little village up in the forest, away from the busy bustle of Chalkidiki’s seaside resorts, but just a short drive away from the fantastic beaches Sithonia is famous for. The studio itself was modern and equipped with everything we needed, including good wifi. The view from the terrace is magical overlooking myriads of olive trees stretching down to the sea. The landlady is lovely and extremely welcoming, making sure we had all our needs met and even surprising us with a homemade breakfast. We will definitely be coming back.

everything was perfect. a very clean stone greek cosy hose in the middle of olives trees, 10 min walking to To steki tou Meniou tavern where Mama Mia movie is present there 😁 in the beautiful little old village Parthenonas and 15 min driving to virgin beaches. the terrace of the viila is on top of the see with a sun set that you will not forget it together with the sound of cycads exceed expectation. thx Katerina to eveything.

For us this was the perfect place to stay. It was much better than staying at a hotel directly at the seaside. It was great sleeping without the need to turn airco. We had a perfect view. The room was amazing. We like the quietness of Parthenonas, and still there a few restaurants around. Breakfast that is offered at the hotel is also great. The hosts are so kind. We definitely like to go back.

We couldn't ask for a better experience here. Everything was perfect for us! A secluded location where you can enjoy the mountain part of Sithonia. The guesthouse is simply gorgeous and Alam (the host) is a sweetie pie that adds extra energy to the place. ❤️

The location is spectacular. The way they configured the space gives the impresion you are both inside and outside. For a couple, the place is magic. You easily spend days just looking at the sea and nearby nature. We also visited Parthenonas Village, that is about 10 minutes of walking. It was great. P.S. it is pet friendly.

We had great time in our accomodation, view from the balcony is amazing, room is spatious and clean, and has everything you need. Garden with olives is beautiful, there is lot of parking space, owners are very nice, and they have a friendly dog. All in all very nice experience 😊

Apartment is fantastic! Everything clean, with comfortable beds and large terraces, with modern furniture and large TV. Wi-Fi was excellent! Kitchen is equipped with all possible kitchen utensils! Very close to the beach, 5 min walking distance. Markets are close as well. Hosts have been so great and kind, they made our holiday even better! They were on disposal for any need or question we might have. Thank you Sofia and Vangelis for all the hospitality and kindness! We will come again for sure!

The house is amasing wooden paradise and the host are an example of Greek hospitality, perfect stay with great memories. The location is above the main road so its easy to travel around Sithonia. The place is very clean and has huge garden that we spent nights enjoying Greek music and beer. Strongly recomend staying here.

Excellent location away from the noises of the city, which also make it cooler during the day time. The hosts, Yannis & Kostos, are the best. On our first day we asked if they had a fan after feeling under the weather from the AC, Yannis came back an hour later with a brand new one, which I cannot thank him enough for. They are the type of people that you would love to sit with and have a drink. The view from the balcony is just great, and you can enjoy watching the moon & stars reflecting on the sea away from the light pollution of the city. The studio itself is perfect, recently renovated and has everything you need. Cleaned daily by a lovely, accommodating lady. The property has a garden that is well manicured with many beautiful succulents. Fruit trees, vines, and olive garden top it all up. Would love to be able to rate this above 10. To say it exceeded my expectations is an understatement.
