We had an amzing time! After 3 weeks in Greece, staying in fantastic places, I can definitely say that this place was the most beautiful villa we stayed in, and it was the perfect finish for our vacation.
It is so well designed and beautiful, and located less than a hundred meters from the beach.
Dimitris received us so well, with a fridge full of food, attending our every need and always in good humour.

Hotel is very 50 meters from the beach.
Personel is nice and friendly. Rooms have good standard. Bathroom is a bit small but it's well maintained and will serve the purpose.
Fresh and tasty breakfast.
Perfect place for 1 or 2 nights. Good spot if you want to continue down to Athens for example.
Along the street near the hotel there are many small restaurants with good food.
For this price you can hardly find any nicer place.

I want to stress a very friendly and kind welcome from Dimitra and from her excellent mother. The place provides everything you need for a pleasant and peaceful stay. The apartment is excellent equipped, clean and comfortable with terrace and sea view. Beach is in close proximity, just to cross the street. We regret that we just stayed only four nights, should have stayed longer.
Recommended to all to visit Lappas apartments and Evia island.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.

Livantes is a charming place and a must see if traveling throughout Greece. Akti is a comfortable hotel facing the seafront. Parking is available on the backyard. The room was very clean with a splendid sea view from the balcony. The staff was very helpful when throughout our stay. Definitely, we would visit again.
The breakfast was outstanding and more than we could eat! The staff was incredibly helpful and congenial. Our room and the hotel were very clean. Parking was easy...right in front of the hotel. The setting is beautiful, just across the street from the water. They have done a wonderful job with landscaping, making the outdoor spaces very welcoming and beautiful.
Very large apartment with big bedrooms and big bathroom. The lady was keeping us a parking slot in front. There are a lot of coffee and alcohol in the kitchen which we didn’t use. During the night it is very quite, but 8:00 AM church bell starts which is next to.

Hotel Akti is modern in appearance and I liked the room decor etc very much. There are no car parking issues and it is situated right by the sea. Breakfast was outstanding and I was given a big jar of olives upon checking out, which was very thoughtful. I was very happy overall with my stay there.
