End of season and we were final guests so no bar or restaurant but owner could not have been more helpful. Comfortable bed, nice verandah, good shower and an excellent position.

This is the best place we have ever been! The apartments are gorgeous, very spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen was full with every thing you can imagine. The place has a great view and few minutes walk to the sea. The balcony and the yard are spectacular with a BBQ area and small slide for the kids. And above all the host is so welcoming and helpful.
We absolutely loved it.
The newly built Ilia Mare is situated directly on the beach, in the picturesque seaside village Ilia, just outside Edipsos.

Breakfast was excellent with great variety for all tastes either savory or sweet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and we had our own assigned beach umbrella with sunbeds. There are nearby tavernas with excellent food and you will experience amazing cocktails at the hotel's bar
We were expecting to spend some more time on the beaches but...
We were expecting to spend some more time on the beaches but they were not nice. The area was a ghost town. Only 2 or 3 restaurants. Everything was pretty run down. It seems like it was probably a really hopping places 30 years ago but has not been maintained. Mostly a place to spend the night, not a destination in itself.
