Booking tricked me into believing that I am paying 60 euros (late September) for a room with one large bed and 2 small beds. For the record, a room with one large bed and 2 bunk beds was 52 euros and the offer stayed like that all week. When arriving at location my room had only one bed. Fortunately Nikolas was kind enough to add an extra bed without charging me anything other than the 60 euros agreed upon. The room was ok. Had a bit of a problem with the toilet basin which did not seal properly and the water ran endlessly causing the basin to start water admission every 5 minutes which was quite noisy. But this problem will probably be fixed soon. Owner was really nice. Even received a gift on departure.

We had such an amazing stay at Fotini! We had a ‘garden view’ apartment which still had a sea view and lovely outdoor seating area! The room was very clean with a comfy bed and well working AC. The pool area was well maintained, cleaned everyday and was super quiet - we quite often had the whole pool to ourselves! The location is great, in walking distance (10-15mins) to the village which had many restaurants, shops and areas to swim in the see. To get to a “proper” beach was a 10 minute drive so would suggest hiring a car which we did as we were staying over a week and this gave us the opportunity to visit Asos, Sami and Myrtos beach which are all within half an hour drive. I would 10/10 recommend staying here and would love to come back!

The Vila is amazing, very comfortable, clean and accessible. The size is great for family. We loved the swimmingpool and the bbq area. Plus the hospitality of Vikki which is very much appreciated by our family.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Fantastic Locaton! Very peaceful and loveley view overlooking Sami surrounded by mountains and the Greek Countryside.
Cleaning of the Villa and Pool was regularly carried out and the owners messaged me when they were planning to do this.
WIFI was great easy parking. Sami 10 min drive away.
Beautiful!! Would recommend and id stay again.
