The house is exactly as in pictures.excellent view,cool inside due to its location,we slept with the windows entirely open at night cause there are mosquito nets all around,easy parking just outside the house. Internet connection was excellent,so as the communication with the owner. Overall it is a holiday house that we would love to revisit many times in the future. Even our son,13yrs old,just loved it.
The apartment was nice, spacious and full of sun with a beautiful, spacious veranda where we had our breakfast. The owners were very kind and suggested places and activities (which I really appreciated) and also provided for us 2 types of coffee, orange juice and some other stuff for breakfast, which was a really nice surprise. Everything was clean, and the location was very quiet. Close to a super market, so it was easy to get a few things for our stay. There was parking for our car, outside the apartment.

Beautiful villa furnished with style, spotlessly clean and with a breathtaking view, equipped with a swimming pool (cleaned daily) and a convenient parking space inside the property. Excellent location, close to the main village of the island, Loulida, where two of the best restaurants on Kea are located. Iason, the owner, is a lovely person who gave us very useful suggestions.
On the whole a very comfortable and well equipped property with an excellent view over the mariner and beyond and we had a good introduction to it from the woman in charge of it. There was good parking as well - though with a short, steep, drive up to the property.
Great stone house, very comfortable, two bathrooms, a m a z i n g view, parking enough for two cars, very well equipped, cool (no need for air condition), quiet, private. Loved iti!
