Absolutely sensational. Do not be put off by the ‘cat’ review its utter nonsense. The villa is perfectly located has a lovely pool and everything you need for a thoroughly relaxing holiday.

The house is very convenient for 2 people (it may host 4), it was clean (housekeeping every few days) and nicely decorated. We loved the pool and quiet location in the middle of a village. There is a supermarket just a few steps away (5 minutes walking), Gaios is 20 minutes away on foot.

Everything was perfect. The property is amazing, with modern look. The bed is king size and really comfortable. The kitchen is with new equipment and there is everythig that you need. The bath is big and with really good design. There is a table in front of each room and u can spend really relax night there, just drinking wine and enjoying the serenity. The property is just 2-3 minutes with car from the main parking in Gaios. We had wonderful time in Casa di Sebastian. We plan to return back next year.

The location is stunning, the whole island is breathtakingly beautiful, small villages and harbours, dramatic bays and coves, lush vegetation, the island has everything. The Villa sits surrounded by olive trees and is quiet and peaceful with just the sound of crickets and birds to listen to. The hosts are exceptional and friendly and made it clear to contact them if there were anything at all we needed. The hosts even took time to meet us at the ferry port when we left to wish us farewell. Altogether a fantastic week, in a fantastic place and we will definitely be going back.

Pool and Gardens are outstanding. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Pleasant walk down to Gaios and energetic yet doable return. Everything you could need is in Gaios... shops, restaurants, tours, beaches. Bus to Loggos and Lakka stop outside the hotel. Beautiful spacious and well appointed room with pleasant balcony. Pool was a highlight.

What a lovely place to stay! I enjoyed it so much and was sad to leave this morning. It is set in a quiet garden with olive trees. The swimmingpool is lovely and the three cats were lovely company, so I couldn’t help myself spoiling them a little bit. It’s an easy walk into Town, and I think I will be back for more Paxos life.
