Everything is brand new and clean.
Cleaning was done every single day and even though it is an apartment, it felt like a hotel experience.
Apartment is quite big and it has all the necessary amenities, from a sandwich maker and coffee maker to a washing machine.
Also, it is located quite close to the marina and the shopping streets in Argostoli.
It definitely exceeded our expectations!

We stayed at Lighthouse Villas 2 for a week, our host met us on arrival, was always available if we needed anything, gave us some lovely recommendations for places to visit, places to eat, including their wonderful family restaurant in Argistoli. The villa was really easy to find, we hired a car from the airport and it took 15/20mins to get to the villa, very easy driving. The villa has everything you need for a holiday, towels were provided and beach/pool towels. There was a washing machine and everything dried in minutes outside in the sunshine! The view from the villa was amazing, the waterfront is a stone's throw from the bottom of the garden, there is a bench by the water and even from the garden you can watch all the boats, kite-surfers, birds on the water. It did get windy, especially in the evenings, so we had some interesting card games when we were chasing flying cards around the garden, but nothing to hinder our enjoyment! The cleaner came twice a week, the place is spotless, but do take care on wet floors as they can be a bit slippy, but there are mats in the bathroom to keep you safe. We had a perfect holiday and cannot thank Vaggelis and his family enough for looking after us so well, thank you!

Friendly, helpful, well informed and generous hosts. The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet, with exceptional views down to the harbour of Argostoli and mountains beyond. Very nice space with plenty of room to do things, beds and sofa were comfortable and villa was very clean and neat. Balcony was great with very nice view of argostoli, pool was also amazing with complete privacy and you could enjoy it whenever. Free parking in private area was great.
Very good, clean and modern apartment in the heart of Argostoli. Fully equipped with everything you need (and more!) Really close walking distance to shops and restaurants, and about 30 minutes walk to beaches. On street parking is available but is a bit chaotic and likely to have the car scraped or scratched. Recommend parking at the port car park instead. Mike and Nick were on hand the entire stay, send great recommendations and were so helpful throughout the trip. Would definitely stay again!
The Twelve Suites certainly didn’t disappoint. Great check in and lots of advice on where to visit and recommendations for restaurants etc.
The 2 bedroom suite was beautiful , clean and so spacious. Everything was absolutely spotless. Lovely welcome hamper and fresh fruit. Cleaning service every day. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect with many restaurants, bars and coffee shops just on the doorstep and within easy walking distance. Free parking available just opposite the apartments.

Best choice ever! The location is in front of the sea which is great! There are many parking lots, the room was cleaned every day. There was no kitchen but you have a little fridge in the room that it can helps if you need to keep something cold. It was nice staying here on our holiday.🤍

Location is excellent, car parking in the quiet street, under a huge tree, worked really well.
Access was simple, the lift was a bonus with heavy shopping!
The apartment is very comfortable, equipped with most kitchen things needed to prepare simple meals.
Sheets and towels were amazingly changed every three days!
Gina was a fantastic and generous host, who made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The house was extremely spacious for our group of four adults, with great air-conditioning, plenty of hot water and it was spotlessly clean. We absolutely loved drinking our morning coffee and breakfast on the upstairs terrace. Also the location couldn't be better as we were a very short walk from the central bars and restaurants of Argostoli and there was easy on-street parking nearby. We hope to come back soon!
We spent wonderful two weeks, family of 4, two teenagers. The house is lovely, new, clean, with lot of space, plenty of closets, beds are comfy, everything you need. Quiet and fully private. 3 A/C units if you need (two in bedrooms and one in dining room). Free street parking nearby. Private garden is amazing, with plants and barbecue, nice seating area with large sun umbrella. Astonishing additional top roof garden with two sunbeds and partially sea view. Mrs Gina' hospitality is fabulous!
