Because of the name I had expected it to be large and impersonal, but it is a small complex and it was like staying with friends; a huge thank you to Vaggelis for making us feel at home. We really enjoyed the beautiful and authentic house full of personal touches and character. The gorgeous view and the surroundings. The owner Alexandra was an amazing host, spent time describing everything about the house and we had a lovely chat (-: The communication was great. Highly recommended for silence, small villages and authenticity lovers.

We spent one night in the hotel, but Al Monte is a really good place for staying for several days. Peace and quiet are around you there. A traditional stone house with a fireplace, a good greek breakfast, and a friendly hostess! You should get warm clothes because nights are colder in that region of Greece :)
