The appratment hotel is greatly located, with very good transport connection and at the same time it is isolated from the highway rush. Absolutely amazing place and amazing and friendly owners! Perfect location on the hill, with sea view surrounded by subtropical garden with amazing and well maintained plants and water stream. Great pool in the middle of the garden. Playground for children. Modern and clean rooms with good A/C. We were welcomed with cold wine and hot coffee and Spanish tapas (the owners are Georgian-Spanish couple :-) We wanted to stay longer but was fully booked. Absolute pearl among Georgian properties only comparable with 5 star hotels...

We received the best rooms with the amazing view of Batumi, the sea and greenery (as advertised on the main photo). The room was big and clean, we also had a balcony. It takes around 10 minutes to get from the hotel to the beach over a little hill, but there is also an option to be taken there by a golf cart. There is complimentary coffee and tee in the restaurant. We did not have any meals atthe hotel. The botanical garden is very close, a few minutes away from the beach. Not many food options around, so stock up on snacks or eat at the restaurants near the beach. Inside pool is a bit cold, but a nice refreshment. There is also a sauna, you have to tell the workers to turn it on tho, so it needs some time to get hot.
