Such a gorgeous hideaway location, in the middle of the countryside - surrounded by fields. Very quiet and the accommodation was super clean and had everything that we needed for a peaceful stay. One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Bed was very comfortable, and temperature was adjustable too. Good sized room with a excellent shower in a good sized bathroom.
The manager was exceptionally polite and made us feel very welcome too.
The breakfast was also top notch too.

There was ample parking and it was nice that it was free.Which is not always the case.

We would recommend the location to anybody who wants first class service,first class food amid a tranquil setting.
Jake and Katy were great hosts and helped us with small things like freezing our freezer blocks to take with us each day. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant on our first evening which was a special treat. The property is easy to find as it's located right on the A140 Norwich to Ipswich road. It gave us a really good central base for exploring Suffolk attractions. Our 6 breakfasts were consistently delicious. Plenty of off road parking. There is also a lovely garden area to sit in with picnic tables.
