The apartment was ideally suited for Woodstock and Bleinham Palace being literally a few minutes walk from the centre of Woodstock. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could need, nicely furnished, very clean and lovely comfortable beds. Contact with the owner was straight forward and all relevant information eg...the key code was passed on promptly and when we were told it would be.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment to people.

The location is excellent, breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The location to Woodstock and the Cotswolds is unbeatable. Having a morning walk along the footpaths that lead from the lodges into the Palace grounds was amazing, wildlife of deer, rabbits and pheasants in clear view. The lodges are well appointed with an outside seating area and very new facilities with onsite parking.
Spacious apartment with off street parking right in the centre of Woodstock with a view of the town square and the two resident ducks. Pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, a CoOp supermarket and lovely shops right on the doorstep. Blenheim Palace is a short walk away. The apartment was perfect for our four night stay in Woodstock.
the staff in the hotel, where food and drink were served were wonderful. Having an included breakfast was terrific, and cooked to my liking. Room was ground level, which is welcoming for a single female travelling. Plenty of car parking. Not too noisy from the hotel, but some road traffic in the morning if you want a sleep in, it could wake you - but was not an issue for me.
The main living/sleeping area and bathroom were excellent, with lots of space and well appointed. The bed was extra big and was extremely comfortable. Off street parking was good. The annex was very conveniently situated in the village with Blenheim Palace within walking distance. Wi-fi good.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and good. Bathroom had a great rain shower and a bath. Quirky room with space. Hotel well situated with good free parking nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect, refurbished rooms are beautifully done and immaculate, the owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The room was bijou but very comfortable and had a fan which was beneficial, a little dressing table / tea & coffee making area but no mirror.
The hotel is pet friendly and this worked in our favour as we had our dog with us for the weekend.
Free parking was available onsite in the car park at the rear of the Pub.
