Room was spotless, large and well equipped. Location was very good. Free, secure parking and easy check in were my main considerations. Host was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast superb and great value. Didn't use the dinner restaurant or bar but choices and prices looked good. Will visit again.

That it was immaculate, extremely clean. Close to the beach. Walking distance to Pubs, Restaurants and Town. Easy parking. The hosts were very nice and not intrusive. Towels were lovely and soft and thoughtful with the toiletries. Just perfect for our stay.

Good size flat. Plenty of room for 5 of us. The location was perfect for what we needed. Quiet location. Managed to park outside the property. Everywhere was clean enough. Neighbours are nice and helpful.and the owner was only a call away if ever needed. Lovely person.

Great location for exploring Skegness but also North Shore beach. The Caravan had everything we needed for a few nights away with my young family. We just brought our own towels and bed linen. Clean, quiet site which was easy to find and this caravan had parking right outside the front.
Very Good location if you don't mind a 15 minute walk to Skegness Center.
