Breakfast was made to order. Excellent location. The room was fitted to a high standard with everything you could need or want including a mini fridge. But best of all was the exceptional welcome from the hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a fabulous home from home break. I can’t wait to return.

Excellent seaview, very cozy, clean and tidy place.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good quality of breakfast items and shower. View of the beach and pier from our spacious room. Very powerful heater/radiator in room! Free parking and located right next to high street with great variety of food providers. Separate door so we didn’t have to go through pub if we didn’t want to.
Alan and Sandy were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was fantastic even down to the little touches such as chilled glasses for our orange juice. They even got us a card for our anniversary.
Such a treat having a room with a sea view in such a convenient location with free parking.
We had a very friendly welcome. The place is an Aladdin’s Cave of cool stuff and we were kindly gifted a milk jug that will always remind us of our stay. Breakfast was spot on. Free parking for the locality is a very helpful bonus. Dinner recommendation was also excellent. There is also a lovely dog at the property.
The welcome and check-in process were excellent. Very friendly and obliging. We were given a pass to park the car in one of their parking spots, which was very handy.
Although they don't do breakfast as such they left two small boxes of Corn flakes, coffee, tea, and milk in the room, as well as two youghurts and two chocolate croissants. Not forgetting two bottles of water. A great place to stay,right on the seafront... Excellent... We will go back. Thank you
Very well located on the seafront and very good value for money. Room was fairly basic, but very clean and in excellent order. In room continental breakfast was a nice surprise and well received. Free parking for our van was included. Great job team Albion.
Nice people. The attention to detail was impressive. Room was comfortable with excellent view. All extras provided in the room that you could need including toiletries, fridge, iron and board which is unusual for a B&B. The breakfast was the ideal way to start the day. Free parking in the adjacent car park until 10:30 am. Pleasantly surprised. Will be the first option if I need a B&B in the area again.
