The Five Arrows was perfect for our one night stay alongside our visit to Waddesdon Manor. The room was lovely and had everything that’s needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent food served in the restaurant.
The grounds are easily accessible from the Hotel. The staff we encountered within the Hotel were all super friendly, in particular Sally at reception who provided phenomenal service.

Breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal as well. This far exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional as was the service. Cannot recommend highly enough, even if you just eat in the restaurant. For a small B&B, even the little touches like toiletries in the bathroom made it an excellent choice to stay just for one night.

It was a very comfortable stay - just for one night but the rooms were fully equipped with kettle, tea, coffee, milk, lovely bed, cupboard space, TV with and On-demand Apps, bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries, shampoo, etc and on-street parking was easily available! Ian was very accommodating and allowed us to leave a bit later than the checkout time of 10am as we had an occasion to attend nearby at 11:30. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Safe secure parking. Friendly welcome. Comfortable room. Well equipped modern bathroom. Tasty dinner sitting in the sunshine (finally! )
Good sized tasty Full English breakfast, although there were plenty of other choices.
All staff were friendly . The pub was very well decorated and had a good atmosphere.
Very quick, easy drive to Waddesdon Manor.
A lovely old pub in the centre of Waddesdon. Food was great both breakfast and dinner. We were in room 9 which was large and spacious. Good car parking at the rear.
The room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for our purpose (attending an event at the neighbouring Waddesdon Manor National Trust property). Free parking was welcome. Overall, good value for money.
The breakfast was delicious- lots of choice and lots to eat. It kept us going for the day and then we had dinner in the restaurant in the evening which was equally delicious. Big portions and lots of choice for everyone.
Great to have free parking. Lovely location which we knew well as we used to live in the area. A family run business but all the staff were excellent and had a nothing was too much trouble.
Warm welcoming friendly staff showed us to large, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean rooms. Evening meal was delicious, breakfast excellent. Plenty of car parking space and in perfect location to visit Waddesdon Manor.
Very friendly, welcoming and efficient staff. Fabulous food. Comfortable, clean, cosy accommodation with lovely finishing touches such as White Company toiletries and a coffee machine in the room. Plenty of free parking. Brilliant location to visit The Chilterns.
The rooms were clean and tidy with a comfy bed.
I was travelling for work and the off road parking was a bonus as it is a very large car park around the back.
Excellent staff would highly recommend.
