Our stay at Sloley Hall couldn't have been better. The surroundings are stunning, the rooms are large and furnished with everything you could possibly need during your stay, the breakfast was super quality (the hosts informed us that they try to use local products as much as possible season permitting), and the hosts were absolutely wonderful.

Self contained cottage with all facilities. Owner Jon was on site to help with any problems who also showed us everything we needed to know about the cottage, including our own parking space. There was a comprehensive information manual which covered everything including emergency help and the local amenities. Our hosts were fantastic and even left us a welcome pack which after a long journey was much appreciated. Look forward to a return stay at The Lodge.

Well what a difference we have stayed at the kings head several times and I must say it was a bit run down ( cheap and cheerful comes to mind) but now after a full refurbished it is now an excellent place to stay only downside is the rooms are on the small side which with an old building cannot be changed + great location and as always the staff are very helpful and welcoming
