It was extremely cosy and comfortable after a day on the mountains, and the pellet burner was a lovely surprise. The cottage is stunning. Very clean and organised with a large amount of beds and space. Kitchen was beautiful! I have to say that the outside area was perfect. A very lovely garden area with decking and lovely patio furniture, and of course…. a very nice Hot Tub. Faultless! The host was very accommodating and helpful and we had no issues whatsoever. There were loads of useful notes around to ensure we didn’t get caught out (switching on lights/hearing etc and doing the rubbish and recycling which I wouldn’t have known about otherwise). The area is to die for!!!! The cottage is situated at the bottom of the Moelwyn mountain range and is also at the foot of a well known cycling climb ‘Stwlan Dam’ which I HAD to do whilst there. A perfect place to stay for a peaceful rest in a beautiful area OR for hill walkers/cyclists etc. Close to big towns (Porthmadog not far and Llandudno etc within an hour away). I will be back staying here again, thank you so much Mel for providing an amazing place for a stay. Mark

Location was ideal for exploring north and south of the national park as well as the west coast. There were nice walks you could do from the door. It was close to local shops. The house was beautiful and very clean.
