We loved the hosts and the welcome we got from the resident dog (gorgeous). We were only there for 3 nights and travelled with our dog and it was perfect. Our only criticism was that should you be staying for longer the lack of kitchen facilities might be problematic. We loved our stay and apart from that it was perfect.

Nice modern little place. Very cosy, bed so comfortable. Very clean which is a big thing for me. We were only there one night so the kitchenette was adequate for what we needed. Lovely big garden you can use (if your dog isn’t too nosy like ours😂) Joanne was very friendly and was very helpful.

Breakfast friendly, even when under pressure. was really good and the staff were both efficient and friendly. The annex across the road is really good, quiet and relatively peaceful, although parking by pub patrons prevents easy access to the car park.

Did not stay at the property due to the fact that I didn’t feel safe in the area of where the property was located, also car parking facilities were had to park on the side road outside of the building, with no security, seeing as my belongings were in back of the car and the residential area of the location and the clientele that were using the property, I drove away and slept in my car in the rear of a large Supermarkets car park

The inclusive vegetarian full English breakfast was superb, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was pleasant enough given the price, and the location was very convenient for me. Free parking is always a bonus, and although the car park was quite full, it is a busy pub so that's fair enough. There's more roadside parking if needed.
