The room was lovely, big and airy with an outside seating area which was a lovely surprise. The bathroom was huge and provided some really nice toiletries. The pub had a great atmosphere and we enjoyed our evening.

Warm reception from the Excellent staff who went over and above to accommodate our needs.
We were running late after work and called the hotel to try and order some food, outside of kitchen opening hours, nothing was too much trouble.
They prepared a delicious freshly made meal and delicious is an understatement!

Perfect! Very cosy and private with everything you need for a stay. Even better than we had hoped. Luxury is the right word! Highly recommend.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.

In a very rural area, so no road noise at all.
The host is very good, and you will be well looked after, there is plenty of parking and the rooms are very clean.
A great breakfast cooked to order, you will not be disappointed with your stay here.
Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb, lots of choice and papers made for a very lovely morning.
Dinner in the pub was cozy some items were not great value like the pasta which was a tad bland but others were yummy like fish and chips.
the room was a great size and had everything we needed.
We left an item at the hotel and they kindly organised to send it back, again the staff were amazingly helpful.

Beautiful grounds and buildings, impeccably decorated. Hosts were extremely helpful in all aspects, including recommendations on places to visit and eat. They went beyond expectations providing a vegan breakfast. My partner had the veggie option, both were delicious. Lots of parking and convenient for Stansted Airport too.
