The location was great - very peaceful and lots of "extras" such as fire pits and an honesty trailer where you could borrow or buy items needed. Also, the host Kevin was excellent, extremely informative regarding the area and whatever we might need.

The location is great and the pods are lovely and comfortable and well equipped. The fire pit and honesty box etc. We're lovely touches. The owner was super friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was great, it really exceeded my expectations, its a gem of a place.

Very friendly staff and an excellent location. This is a small, privately run hotel, far away from pretty much everything (which can be part of the appeal). The common areas (drawing room, dining room, library) are also all very comfortable, and make this seem more like a home.
