A beautifully decorated two bedroom apartment, set over 3 floors, with all the facilities you need to enjoy your holiday. The roof top terrace( of the tower) was an excellent addition for 360 views of the surrounding countryside. My only wish was to have more time at the castle to enjoy the immediate area and to relax. The coffee shop was a small walk away, opting to have breakfast and afternoon teas there. Checkout the coffee shop toilets as they are decorated in the same wallpapers as the apartment.
Definitely going to come back and spend more than a week in just Glengorm castle. Plenty to do in the immediate area. We even swam in the sea in Sept!
Pennygate Lodge offers accommodation in Craignure. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The bed and breakfast has family rooms.

Good size room, comfortable bed. The breakfast was OK, but because it was put in the room the day before, the rolls were not fresh.
The self check-in and check-out was fine but we missed the personal touch.

The best thing was that they allow dogs but at an additional cost.
The room was a good size, comfortable, clean and quite modern.
The shower room was fairly large and well fitted, a mirror was on a sloping wall.
We were provided with a kettle for tea/coffee making and also received a bottle of water each day.
Breakfast was a buffet and there was ample choice from cooked food to cereals.
We ate in the restaurant only on one evening, there was live music, provided by a guitarist and violinist playing a selection of Scottish tunes, very nice.
The restaurant is quite expensive but the food was excellent.
The hotel sits above the town and is at the extreme end of Tobermory, it has a particularly spectacular view.
I would certainly return.
