Very luminous and clean flat, quiet neighbourhood, only a 10-minutes walk from the seafront and very close to St. Leonards Warrior Square station. That was much appreciated as we have been able to travel to London, Rye and Brighton, really easy access by train!

This is a stunning apartment with spectacular sea views. I had the best weekend here and enjoyed the cosy environment as the apartment was clean and spacious. The location is excellent and host communication was great. Highly recommend this place.

The hosts were the heart and soul of the property. I can't begin to tell you how fabulous this place is, especially if you are an antique and story collector like me. The hosts were just amazing and happy to indulge me in my questions and to show me hidden secrets in the house. The gardens are stunning with a plethora of fruit and vegetables with butterflies fluttering about. Just magical. I loved it. The design of the hotel was nothing short of spectacular. Each space had its own personality, elegance and timeless charm. From the richly patterned wallpapers to the carefully curated art pieces, every detail seemed to tell a story. Beyond the beauty, the hotel’s comfort was on par with its aesthetic. My room was HUGE, the bed like a canopied cloud, and the amenities top-notch. There was high-speed Wi-Fi and tea and home made cake served in the drawing room upon arrival.

The facilities were great with a very comfy room. wonderful breakfast with a great garden view. The location was great with an easy walk to the restaurants and the old town. The host was wonderful which made the whole stay very enjoyable.

Rooms nicely decorated with interesting touches. Comfy sofas in a gorgeous turquoise colour. Views of the sea from 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Key collection easy. Interesting building - we loved the floor plans. Good location for a quiet break but short walk to sea and into Hastings (20 mins). The additional toilet was a bonus. Street parking was easy and free.
Lovely cosy little sea front flat with everything you would need. Very clean. Mattress is amazingly comfortable! Nearly took the bed home !! Great communication and ready before check in time. Free parking right outside and literally a 1 minute walk to the beach which is the quiet end of st Leonard’s although for the active the bars and restaurants are all only a short walk along the sea front. Dog friendly. Cute little courtyard as well for alfresco evening drinks and dinner. Highly recommend a stay here
Large sized property with plenty of space. Good location with lots of free parking in the neighbourhood. Residents on the road were chatty and welcoming. Great water pressure which provided a good shower. Angie was fabulous, providing super communication regarding our arrival time and how to collect the keys. St Leonard's and Hastings are all within walking distance.

Great location for visiting Hastings, Bexhill, Rye, Battle and a number of National Trust properties. Property was spotless, very tastefully decorated, comfy, cosy, warm and homely. Good size rooms, super comfy bed. Although on street parking we never had a problem finding a space outside the property. Recommended :)
Lovely quiet street. The suite is perfect for a night or two. Close to the beach, easy free parking nearby, good restaurants locally. Good facilities in the suite.
