All the food was superb. We ate breakfast on two days and dined there on one evening. Staff were very friendly and it is a beautiful location, especially the beer garden with the views.

We enjoyed our short break at this lovely location - could park comfortably - the room was fine and bed comfortable and the bathroom though small was manageable. The supply of tea coffee etc in the room was great. Breakfast were excellent as we like a full British - the hosts were welcoming and helpful. All in all great - even the weather.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Eggs Benedict was lovely.
The hotel decor land furniture ooks a little tired but that was reflected in the price paid.
All the staff were very friendly especially the young lady serving breakfast.

We loved the cottage it was really clean, lovely garden area, great views, walks from the door, parking outside, a fabulous welcome pack of milk,fresh orange,tea,coffee etc
Location was excellent. A good centre within the North Yorkshire moors in interesting village with amenities. Cottage is a loved family home with character and history. The garden and views were the main plus features and there is on site parking for 1 car.

Exceptional location , ease of access to property with parking, being able to take our Westie Molly to cottage, the thoughtful and generous hosts leaving bread, milk, orange juice , coffee , tea, biscuits, local butter, etc all totally unexpected.
Location is great as i wanted to explore the driving roads like Blakey Ridge nearby.

Rosedale Cottage was a fabulous place to stay. It was clean, beds were comfortable and communication with the hosts was excellent. The bathroom was modern, and the shower large with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, etc. Being able to use the washing machine was very helpful. Free parking across the street was great.
Sparklingly clean, copious hot water, comfortable bed and seating. Parking excellent. We asked for a DVD player and one was provided, albeit with dead batteries, Bottle of wine to greet us.
Location great. Good for local walks and base for further afield. Comfortable accommodation. Clean and well equipped. Very peaceful. Located on a working farm surrounded by fields.
