Beds were really comfortable, living area was spacious and loved the fact an air fryer was included, they’re often not but made cooking really easy. Great selection of dvds for adults and kids. Also appreciated coffee / sugar being included.

A very nice and clean apartment in a very handy location. Host was extremely helpful and friendly and easy to contact. Apartment was very cosy and had great facilities. Bed was super comfortable as well. All in all, a lovely nights stay!

Location was perfect for us as we was visiting East Ruston Old Vicarage. The room was a nice location with a good view from our room. It was clean spacious and comfortable for our stay. The food was good and prompt for our evening meal.

Great location and well equipped, clean and comfortable cottage. Lovely facilities and so relaxing and peaceful. Deck chairs and picnic bench on the decking...nice welcome basket thank you.

If you are expecting the Ritz then this old cottage is not for you , but if you like a lovely warm welcome , a comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast with several choices which can be changed as required. Off street parking , close to Potter Heigham and central enough to reach most parts of Norfolk .
Littleholme is well situated, close to the local bus route and walking routes. There is parking if you come by car. There is a shop, pub and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.. Very good breakfast. Lisa and Gos (and their cat!) are excellent hosts.
A nice location inside and out ,with off road parking .Very clean and well presented.The host Pat was a loverly lady .large areas inside and out ,to enjoy the view .
A very nice welcome parcel was there for us …bread, milk , butter , cereal, jams, biscuits, teas, coffee, hot chocolate …the list is endless!😀
The bungalow was spotless and very well equipped…loved the pictures and kitchen curtains . Parking was easy and the beds and chairs were very comfortable . The kitchen was a bit chilly but it was very cold outside.
