Staff: took the time to remember our names before we even got there, super hospitable, and always make sure to prioritize the guests. They went above and beyond for any requests we had. Room: cleanliness & amenities felt like a hotel, decor felt like home, perfect mix Food/bar: local bar is right downstairs (but split from the hotel side if you just need entrance/exit), what else could you want. Food was really good as well. They also have a sister restaurant that books out down the street! This is our favorite hotel that we've ever stayed at. Can't wait to go back, thank you to everyone at Lochindaal!

From the directions to the property and on how to use the various equipment throughout meant we could relax and enjoy our short break. The host Pi communicated clearly with us from the beginning. The day before arrival he asked if we would mind staying in the Shorefiled house just down the street because work was being done on the Portbahn house. Pi refunded us the difference in price and the Shorefield house was charming and a lovely place to stay.
