The location was perfect, a small walk to the main town and it was a lovely walk! Gorgeous coast, very friendly people. The property was short of nothing, very comfortable and clean.

The whole experience was fantastic. The staff, the room, surroundings, parking, comfort and we also had a delicious breakfast. Staff were really helpful and accommodating and we even had a later check out. Will definitely stay again and recommend

Beautiful cottage near to beach. Lots of little touches to make this a great stay. Delightful afternoon tea gift with lovely food, went down a treat. Big fluffy towels clean and comfortable. lots of information and hosts really helpful. car parking outside door.
The property was easy to find with ample free parking outside. We were welcomed and shown to our room which was plenty big enough. The room was spotless, bed was super comfy and the breakfast was spot on. The hosts were amazing, nothing was too much. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Really good location with plenty on street parking. Close to many local amenities. Beach is close as well as shops and the train station is a 20minute walk. Nice accommodation at a good price. Breakfast is good. Would recommend. Will be using next time I travel to Lowestoft. Karl was very helpful.
