Our room was marvellous with a great bed and stand-alone bath and shower, both with old style robinets. The wooden inner doors are so beautiful. All is high end quality. We had a selection of teas and coffee with daily fresh milk in our room. The choice of breakfast was abundant with homemade granola, fresh fruit, porridge, full cooked breakfast and even salmon and eggs. Too much to ask. Linda and Ian are wonderful hosts who were happy to help in any way. The views over the countryside are breathtaking. One morning we counted 60 pheasants from our window!

the decor and style of the hotel looked grand. luxurious fabrics and finishes, but upon closer inspection it all failed to impress. many areas were distressed, in need of repair.

Breakfast was very nice with plenty of extras available.Room was clean and modern.Bathroom the same.Staff were warm and friendly.Free car parking right outside front door.
Lovely village pub with great food and B&B rooms - perfect overnight stop for us. Arrived at 7.30pm and had a great evening meal. Our room was finished beautifully and the bed was really comfy. Great shower in ensuite and our full English breakfast set us up for the day ahead. Free parking was outside the pub or in the street.
A lovely welcome, beautiful room, great food both evening and breakfast, dedicated parking, quiet location and friendly staff. All in all excellent value for money.
This is a very pretty hotel in a very rural location, it has good car parking opposite the hotel. We liked the room, which was nicely decorated and had an excellent bed with lovely quality sheets and towels, unfortunately one of the walls had damp patches on it.
