Perfect place for a night or a few nights. Very well laid out, excellent facilities and comfy bed. Great to have the option of a cooked breakfast. Little extras (tea, coffee etc) very welcome. Sonia was an excellent host. Nice touch was the the opportunity to buy extra drinks and snacks, great idea. Will definitely recommend. Photos on booking.com do not do it justice.

Location was fantastic in a beautiful village, loads of walks around the village then back to the pub for a couple of pints and a superb dinner, lt was great staying on the edge of thr lake district 14 miles north of Keswick rather than in centres where you can't move for tourists.
