Very clean and comfortable. Quiet location with easy access to woodland. Lovely artwork in every room, much of which was by a family member. Bridget was most welcoming and helpful, and quickly supplied us with extra glasses and other items when friends staying locally visited us. Very convenient for many places of interest.

Craig is pleasant and chatty. Found out what we liked and made recommendations of other things to do in the area.
Would recommend his breakfast as it was fantastic.

Lovely warm welcome here. Plenty of onsite parking also a very large car park opposite the building. We were checked in within minutes of arrival and receptionist made sure we knew where breakfast would be served during our weekend stay. The breakfast gets a 10+ ,the room was comfortable and warm with onsuite including bath/shower. A very short walk over the stunning bridge 2 minutes! and you're right in the centre of Monmouth 10/10.
Good location just a short stroll into the town - 5 mins. Plenty of easy and free parking in the enclosed car park at the rear of the hotel. Room was basic but perfectly adequate.

Staff very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Room was bright fresh & airy on arrival & warm & cosy when we later wanted to relax. Bedding, towels etc nice quality, clean & fresh. We had a really lovely room with a view over the square & down the high street. We had an evening meal in the bar which was nicely cooked and wholesome. Location was excellent.
We parked in Glendower St car park which is just at the back. Free parking overnight from 6pm to 8am and very reasonable prices outside of those times.
