    Wonderful full English breakfast, personal parking area, modern room and facilities including nice little touches such as sewing kit, safe, shoe shine and many more which were thoughtful. A large selection of drinks was provided along with biscuits. Set in a very quiet area, we were greeted with a very warm welcome - we will come back. Room cleanliness was exceptional and nice to see. Many thanks to all involved.

    It is easy to find, simple to reach from the motorway; there is enclosed safe parking. The design, lay-out, and furnishings of the room are absolutely top class, and the be is the most comfortable we have ever encountered in years of staying in different B&Bs. The room was quiet and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, and made to order. This was our second stay and I'm sure there will be more to come.

    The B&B was easy to find next to the Post Office in Monk Fryston. Off road parking available, it was close to the A1. Adrian Karen and Oscar were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The showere was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, with several options available. The Crown pub was 5 mins walk away and had excellent food with two real ales. I would use again

    for me the location was perfect - travelling for work was close to where I needed to be. easy parking outside. I arrived late and had had not dinner and hosts phoned round to get me booked in to eat - when that didn't work they sorted out some food for me in my room which I think saved my life. Breakfast was delicious and lots of it. It was all just very comfortable and easy going and what I needed when tired out. All very tastefully decorated as well.

    Very friendly and helpful owners. The room was of a high standard with a very comfortable bed and very good shower. The room was very quiet with triple glazing and A/C if needed. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Each room had its own parking space. Very close to A1.

Veey nice Full English Breakfast. Parking on site. Air conditioning in room. Comfortable bed. Nice shower room. Very clean linen and towels. Quiet room despite fronting onto road.
