Unique hotel with a proper Cotswold feel. The grounds were lovely and rooms were really nice. River windrush runs right through the property and you can walk for ages along it and into the countryside. It was much better than expected and felt more like a tiny village setting than a hotel.
A Grade II Listed building, The Bird in Hand offers modern rooms in a traditional setting. The rooms have plasma-screen TVs and there is free Wi-Fi in the all areas.

Dinner was excellent. we ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal which was really good quality.
Breakfast - we needed to leave early in the morning and so could not stay for the sit down breakfast but were given a takeaway by the Bird in Hand which was great.
The hosts were excellent company and we would certainly stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Granary which was very well equipped, clean and well maintained. We appreciated the instruction manual & information pack which were very useful. The games room was an excellent facility, and we enjoyed playing table tennis and pool.

Very comfortable and quite historic looked lovely with all the candles lit for those dining in the evening, the owner was very attentive and we had a good conversation regarding the hotel, we only ate breakfast but there was a good selection of either full english, or vegetarian, yoghurts and fruit or muesli

The cabin was comfy and exceeded our expectations with the facilities
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Room was great, good size. Good facilities, mini fridge, iron, hairdryer, fan. Comfy bed and pillows. Bath and shower. Two seating areas one small outside patio and one large one under glass with games.
Staff excellent very helpful. Car parking easy, despite web site saying not much space. Nice to have access to pub over the road which is twinned with the hotel. Can charge items to hotel account in pub. Beautiful grounds. Good choice for breakfast,.

very well appointed apartment, didn’t hardly see hosts despite being in their yard. Lovely big living area, plenty of space, free parking. washing machine, milk & juice in fridge, & some Cereals for breakfast. Lovely kitchen - well appointed.
Easy access with a key code. Parking. We only stayed for a short time for a wedding but it looked like there was a nice patio area outside with bbq facilities and next to a farm. It was quiet. Cute cabin and decor.
