Excellent location; perfect for the NEC and easy to reach. Breakfast was very good & you could virtually have whatever you liked (Bacon sandwich was a must!). The hospitality of the hosts was second to none; the personal touch really does make a difference. I'd stay here again without hesitation & this is one of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed in.

My sister came over for my graduation, and when he couldn't find her a taxi to the University of Warwick, he was kind enough to drive her there himself. Could not be more grateful! Also, the food was very good, everything was clean and had an overall welcoming atmosphere (I particularly noticed the chic living room on the ground floor. Would totally recommend!
