The location is excellent. It’s closed to the train station and bus station. The seaside just close the street. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The mattress was comfy and the white bedding seemed clean (but creased).

This was a beautiful place to stay. Lovely scenic walk around, shop just up the road. Very nice, I would stay here again.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Matt, the owner, further enhanced the atmosphere of the location. It was our first accommodation during our trip across Scotland, and it is likely the one we will most associate with the country. The breakfast was one of the best during the trip accompanied by nice small talks. The location was just superb - the parking was in 2 minutes walk and nice beach just in 30 seconds walk.
Wonderful time with Matthew. The rooms, food and location were wonderful.
Parking was free.
Matthews kindness, advice and generosity were much appreciated. Excellent advice on where to eat and best way to visit Edinburgh by train, even though we had a car.
Thanks Matthew!
The breakfast was 5Star.
The host is exceptional in catering for guest comfort. The beach is less than a 25 second walk from the front door. Parking is about 40m away. Super nice stay.
I didn't have the sea view room which was a lovely view, but for rest and comfort my room was fabulous.
Lovely and comfortable room in a quiet house right on the seaside. Parking was available, and the breakfast was plenty. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful property, location, host and breakfast was so delicious! Great produce for breakfast and service was outstanding. 5* all the way. Bed is super comfy with Beautiful linen, spotlessly clean. Parking is fine as there is a large free car park very close by! Matt the host is a super guy, made us feel at home. Definitely recommend. Lovely friendly pub and cafe close by. Beautiful beach even in winter. People in village are friendly too. A must!
We had a lovely large apartment with kitchen and coffee machine. The bedroom was large with plenty of space. Our golden retriever loved the geometric rug in the lounge.
We only managed to eat two evening meals in our busy schedule. Both were excellent especially grilled coley and a pheasant burger. Breakfast was a hearty Scottish breakfast and my wife had a delicious fruity porridge. The dog especially liked the toast. Car parking was spacious and easy to access off a busy road. Thank you to all the staff!
The property is a stones throw from the beach and Lower Largo is a 'one street' old fishing(?) village. So on-street parking is necessarily not possible but free parking is a few metres down the road. The room was comfortable and clean and I had use of a dedicated lounge as well. Breakfast was very enjoyable and the host most engaging.
