Everything is 200% perfect in this house. The location of the property is very calm and secure. All the shops are very nearby. The house has a big kitchen with plenty of utensils. The heating system is awesome, all the rooms get heated within an hour as the heating radiators are working just fine. Bathrooms are equipped with electric showers, which is very handy to shower the kids. No need to wait for hot water. The beds and duvets are very clean and concentrated. 5 spacious bedrooms with clean beds and duvets. Plenty of fresh towels, a very big living room with lots of sofas and dining. We have travelled to multiple places so far, but we have never seen such house owners who maintained the property like this. We felt this was our own house. We didn't want to return back to our home. We enjoyed it a lot and I highly recommend this house. A very big thanks to the home owner. We will definitely visit the same property again. Thank you Marie-Clare for the wonderful house.

The owners were friendly and the location was nice. They have a dog Daisy that was super friendly and I loved when she visited. It was clean and they did have some choices for cold breakfast (protein bars, cereal, pastries, and candy). They also had tea and coffee. There is separate parking on the property which made it easy to access the car if needed.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay ! House was spotless, so cosy yet plenty of room for our toddler to run about during our stay. Great Value for money in this house ! Most definitely will return if in Northern Ireland again. Land lady was there to show us around when we arrived and told us she was next door if needed. Overdale is a much loved family motel set in beautiful gardens.The building is of Dutch design with its unique arched design at the front it dates back 100 years. We can offer 8 en-suite rooms and one with its own private bathroom. All rooms are totally different designs and some have patio areas outside. We offer a residence lounge with television and a small bar off for your convenience and a fridge to keep your wine in . Glasses are available behind the bar and access to outdoor seating areas, and a large fish pond . Our dining area is bright and inviting we serve a variety of breakfasts including gluten free and vegetarian options. We would be competitively priced as we are a motel and not a hotel. We offer self check in and we can talk to you through our intercom if you have any questions. We accept English money Euros at the exchange rates and card.
